Injection Screws

PENA® injection screws are manufactured to order for each application, delivering optimised plasticising performance, excellent thermal stability and outstanding wear resistance.

Thanks to our advanced grinding, coating and precision metrology processes, every screw ensures consistent melt quality, stable processing conditions and extended service life.

Technical Specifications

  • Available diameters: Ø18 mm to Ø400 mm.
  • Unlimited L/D ratio capabilities.
  • Base material: Nitrided, hardened or stainless steel.
  • Machining tolerances ≤ 0.01 mm.
  • Available geometries: Standard, Barrier, Maddock, Pineapple, Vented and Static Mixer designs.
