We are the only manufacturer in Europe capable of producing one-piece bimetallic parallel twin barrels up to 4,500 mm in length.
At PENA, we are specialists in parallel twin-screw technology and interchangeable bimetallic twin liners. Our manufacturing expertise and engineering capabilities have enabled us to develop a truly unique solution: the world’s first interchangeable bimetallic twin liners.
This innovative system allows customers to retain the original twin barrel body and replace only the internal liner when wear occurs or when a different bimetallic alloy is required.
The result is a significant reduction in operating costs, simplified maintenance procedures and increased equipment reliability, while preserving the original dimensional accuracy and thermal performance of the assembly.
